Chính sách quyền riêng tư của Wordpet
Tóm tắt
Wordpet chỉ xử lý dữ liệu cần thiết để dịch và lưu từ, tổ chức ôn tập, vận hành tính năng pet và đồng bộ tiến độ khi bạn chọn đăng nhập. Wordpet không bán dữ liệu, không hiển thị quảng cáo cá nhân hoá và không thu thập lịch sử duyệt web.
1. Phạm vi áp dụng
Chính sách này áp dụng cho tiện ích Chrome và ứng dụng web Wordpet (sau đây gọi chung là “Wordpet” hoặc “chúng tôi”). Việc tạo tài khoản là không bắt buộc; bạn vẫn có thể lưu từ và ôn tập bằng bộ nhớ cục bộ của trình duyệt.
2. Dữ liệu Wordpet xử lý
- Thông tin tài khoản: nếu bạn đăng ký, Wordpet xử lý địa chỉ email, tên hiển thị, mã tài khoản và thông tin phiên đăng nhập. Mật khẩu được gửi trực tiếp qua HTTPS đến Supabase Auth để xác thực; Wordpet không lưu mật khẩu dạng rõ.
- Nội dung bạn chủ động chọn: khi bạn yêu cầu tra nghĩa, từ hoặc cụm từ tiếng Anh đã chọn được gửi đến các dịch vụ dịch và từ điển để trả kết quả. Wordpet không tự động gửi toàn bộ nội dung trang.
- Bài viết Substack công khai: khi bạn dán link vào reader, Wordpet xử lý URL và phần nội dung công khai của bài viết để tạo chế độ đọc. Wordpet không vượt paywall hoặc truy cập nội dung dành riêng cho subscriber.
- Từ khoá khám phá: khi bạn tìm bài trong Substack Reader, từ khoá được gửi đến công cụ tìm kiếm công khai của Substack để trả danh sách bài viết phù hợp.
- Dữ liệu từ vựng: từ tiếng Anh, nghĩa tiếng Việt, thông tin phát âm/ngữ cảnh nếu có, ngày tạo và dữ liệu lịch ôn.
- Hoạt động học tập: câu trả lời, đúng/sai, số lần thử, lượt bỏ qua, thời gian phản hồi, điểm, độ chính xác, phiên ôn tập, streak, phần thưởng và tiến trình pet. Dữ liệu này dùng để lên lịch ôn, hiển thị tiến bộ và cải thiện trải nghiệm học.
- Dữ liệu kỹ thuật giới hạn: các nhà cung cấp hạ tầng có thể tự động xử lý địa chỉ IP và metadata cơ bản của yêu cầu để truyền dữ liệu, ngăn chặn lạm dụng, bảo mật và duy trì dịch vụ. Wordpet không thu thập vị trí GPS hoặc vị trí chính xác.
Không chọn dữ liệu nhạy cảm để dịch. Vì Wordpet xử lý văn bản bạn chủ động chọn, vui lòng không gửi mật khẩu, thông tin tài chính, sức khoẻ, tin nhắn riêng tư hoặc dữ liệu bí mật.
3. Dữ liệu Wordpet không thu thập
Wordpet không tạo hoặc lưu danh sách website bạn đã truy cập; không lưu tiêu đề trang, lịch sử duyệt web, vị trí GPS, dữ liệu sức khoẻ, dữ liệu thanh toán hoặc nội dung liên lạc cá nhân. Tiện ích chỉ xử lý đoạn văn bản bạn chủ động yêu cầu tra nghĩa.
4. Cách chúng tôi sử dụng dữ liệu
- Cung cấp bản dịch Anh–Việt và thông tin từ điển.
- Lưu và tìm kiếm bộ từ vựng cá nhân.
- Lên lịch ôn tập thích ứng và ghi nhận kết quả học.
- Vận hành điểm, streak, Pet Battle, pet và bộ sưu tập.
- Xác thực tài khoản, đồng bộ dữ liệu và hiển thị bảng xếp hạng khi bạn đăng nhập.
- Bảo mật, phòng chống lạm dụng và duy trì độ tin cậy của dịch vụ.
5. Lưu trữ cục bộ và đồng bộ đám mây
Khi không đăng nhập, từ vựng, tiến độ và cài đặt được lưu trong chrome.storage.local của tiện ích hoặc bộ nhớ cục bộ của trình duyệt web trên thiết bị. Khi đăng nhập, dữ liệu tài khoản, từ vựng, lịch ôn, hoạt động học tập và trạng thái pet có thể được đồng bộ với Supabase. Token phiên đăng nhập được lưu cục bộ để duy trì đăng nhập. Reader không lưu bài viết vào tài khoản; hạ tầng web có thể lưu tạm phản hồi của bài viết công khai trong cache để cải thiện tốc độ và độ tin cậy.
6. Dịch vụ xử lý dữ liệu
SupabaseXác thực tài khoản, lưu trữ/đồng bộ dữ liệu và chạy proxy dịch phía máy chủ.
Google TranslateNhận từ hoặc cụm từ bạn yêu cầu tra để cung cấp bản dịch Anh–Việt.
DeepSeekNhận văn bản cần dịch thông qua Supabase Edge Function để tạo bản dịch bổ sung.
DictionaryAPI.devNhận từ tiếng Anh để cung cấp từ loại, phiên âm và ví dụ khi có.
SubstackCung cấp kết quả tìm kiếm và bài viết công khai theo từ khoá/link mà bạn chủ động nhập vào reader.
VercelLưu trữ ứng dụng web và chạy proxy reader/từ điển phía máy chủ.
Chúng tôi chỉ chuyển dữ liệu cho các dịch vụ trên khi cần để cung cấp chức năng Wordpet. Việc xử lý của từng nhà cung cấp cũng chịu sự điều chỉnh bởi điều khoản và chính sách riêng của họ.
7. Bảng xếp hạng
Nếu đăng nhập, tên hiển thị và tổng điểm của bạn có thể được hiển thị cho những người dùng đã đăng nhập khác trên bảng xếp hạng. Email, mật khẩu và token đăng nhập không được hiển thị trên bảng xếp hạng.
8. Chia sẻ và bán dữ liệu
Wordpet không bán dữ liệu người dùng; không dùng dữ liệu cho quảng cáo cá nhân hoá; không dùng dữ liệu để xác định khả năng tín dụng hoặc cho vay; và không chuyển dữ liệu cho mục đích không liên quan đến chức năng học từ vựng đã công bố.
9. Lưu giữ và xoá dữ liệu
- Dữ liệu cục bộ tồn tại cho đến khi bạn xoá dữ liệu website/tiện ích hoặc gỡ cài đặt Wordpet.
- Bạn có thể xoá từng từ trong giao diện Wordpet.
- Dữ liệu cloud được giữ trong khi tài khoản còn hoạt động hoặc khi cần để cung cấp dịch vụ.
- Để yêu cầu xoá tài khoản và dữ liệu cloud, hãy gửi email từ địa chỉ đã đăng ký đến Cuong.Pham@key-simple.com.
10. Bảo mật
Dữ liệu truyền tới các dịch vụ được gửi qua HTTPS. Dữ liệu cloud được bảo vệ bằng cơ chế xác thực và Row Level Security của Supabase. Không phương thức lưu trữ hoặc truyền dữ liệu nào an toàn tuyệt đối, nhưng chúng tôi giới hạn dữ liệu và quyền truy cập ở mức cần thiết cho chức năng của Wordpet.
11. Cam kết Limited Use
Việc sử dụng thông tin nhận được từ Chrome APIs tuân thủ Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, bao gồm các yêu cầu Limited Use. Dữ liệu chỉ được sử dụng hoặc chuyển giao để cung cấp và cải thiện mục đích duy nhất đã công bố của Wordpet, cho bảo mật, hoặc khi pháp luật yêu cầu.
12. Thay đổi và liên hệ

Wordpet Privacy Policy
Summary
Wordpet handles only the data needed to translate and save vocabulary, schedule reviews, operate pet features, and sync progress when you choose to sign in. Wordpet does not sell user data, serve personalized advertising, or collect browsing history.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the Wordpet Chrome extension and Wordpet web app (collectively, “Wordpet,” “we,” or “us”). Creating an account is optional. Vocabulary and progress can be stored locally in the browser without an account.
2. Data Wordpet handles
- Account information: if you register, Wordpet handles your email address, display name, account identifier, and authentication session information. Passwords are sent directly over HTTPS to Supabase Auth for authentication; Wordpet does not store plaintext passwords.
- Content you deliberately select: when you ask Wordpet to look up a word or phrase, that selected English text is sent to translation and dictionary services. Wordpet does not automatically transmit the full contents of a page.
- Public Substack posts: when you paste a link into the reader, Wordpet processes the URL and the post’s publicly available content to create reading mode. Wordpet does not bypass paywalls or access subscriber-only content.
- Discovery terms: when you search in Substack Reader, the query is sent to Substack’s public search service to return matching public posts.
- Vocabulary data: saved English terms, Vietnamese meanings, optional pronunciation/context information, creation dates, and review scheduling data.
- Learning activity: answers, correctness, attempts, skips, response time, score, accuracy, review sessions, streaks, rewards, and pet progress. This data supports scheduling, progress displays, and the learning experience.
- Limited technical data: infrastructure providers may automatically process IP addresses and basic request metadata to transmit requests, prevent abuse, secure systems, and maintain service reliability. Wordpet does not collect GPS or precise location.
Do not select sensitive information for translation. Because Wordpet processes text you deliberately select, do not submit passwords, financial or health information, private messages, or confidential data.
3. Data Wordpet does not collect
Wordpet does not create or store a list of websites you visit. It does not store page titles, browsing history, GPS location, health data, payment data, or personal communications. It processes only the text you deliberately ask it to look up.
4. How data is used
- Provide English–Vietnamese translations and dictionary information.
- Store and search a personal vocabulary collection.
- Schedule adaptive reviews and record learning results.
- Operate points, streaks, Pet Battle, pets, and collections.
- Authenticate accounts, synchronize data, and show the leaderboard when signed in.
- Protect against abuse and maintain service security and reliability.
5. Local storage and cloud sync
When signed out, vocabulary, progress, and settings are stored in the extension’s chrome.storage.local or the web browser’s local storage on the device. When signed in, account data, vocabulary, review schedules, learning activity, and pet state may be synchronized with Supabase. Authentication tokens are stored locally to maintain the session. The reader does not save posts to your account; web infrastructure may temporarily cache responses for public posts to improve speed and reliability.
6. Service providers
SupabaseProvides authentication, cloud storage and synchronization, and the server-side translation proxy.
Google TranslateReceives the word or phrase requested by the user to provide an English–Vietnamese translation.
DeepSeekReceives translation text through a Supabase Edge Function to provide an additional translation.
DictionaryAPI.devReceives English terms to provide parts of speech, pronunciation, and available examples.
SubstackProvides public search results and posts from terms or links you deliberately enter into the reader.
VercelHosts the web app and runs the server-side reader and dictionary proxies.
We transfer data to these providers only as needed to deliver Wordpet’s features. Each provider’s processing is also governed by its own terms and privacy policy.
7. Leaderboard
If you sign in, your display name and total points may be visible to other signed-in users on the leaderboard. Your email address, password, and authentication tokens are not displayed on the leaderboard.
8. Sharing and sale of data
Wordpet does not sell user data, use it for personalized advertising, use it to determine creditworthiness or lending eligibility, or transfer it for purposes unrelated to the disclosed vocabulary-learning functionality.
9. Retention and deletion
- Local data remains until you clear the website or extension data, or uninstall Wordpet.
- You can delete individual vocabulary entries in Wordpet.
- Cloud data is retained while the account is active or as needed to provide the service.
- To request deletion of your account and cloud data, email us from the registered address at Cuong.Pham@key-simple.com.
10. Security
Data sent to service providers is transmitted over HTTPS. Cloud data is protected by Supabase authentication and Row Level Security. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, but we limit data and access to what is required for Wordpet’s functionality.
11. Limited Use commitment
The use of information received from Chrome APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data is used or transferred only to provide or improve Wordpet’s disclosed single purpose, for security, or as required by law.
12. Changes and contact
